The Tiny Ninth Circle

How to Play

• Everyone gets the same 250×250 descent every day — the smallest stretch of stone in the series, same nine circles throughout. It resets at 00:00 UTC, for everyone, at once.
• You pass through all nine circles on the way down, each one worse than the last:

• Wind wraiths haunt Circle II — they don't hunt you, but bumping into one shoves you to a random nearby spot. In Circle III, Cerberus hunts alone: one relentless chaser, gone the moment you leave. In Circle IV, coin wisps dart around and steal a soul from your pocket on contact — harmless if you're carrying none.
• Wrathful hounds wake in Circle V onward and close the distance a step at a time. Retreat to a shallower circle and they lose interest.
• Flame traps in Circle VI flare hot on their own schedule — step on one, or stand on one when it ignites, and the attempt ends immediately.
• Brimstone vents sit on real corridors from Circle III onward and erupt on their own schedule, physically blocking that path until they die down. Hellhounds ignore them completely.
• Collect souls scattered along your route — certain toll gates deeper down won't open without enough of them, but walking the main path naturally gathers what you need.
• Not every gold marker near the bottom is the real exit. Some are false doors — reaching one sends you back to the entrance and stirs the hounds.
• The final circle, Treachery, is ice, not fire — and something ancient and slow waits there. It never stops once it's found you, but it can't leave the ice.
• Get caught and the attempt ends immediately — straight back to the entrance to try again.
• A faint trail marks every step you've taken, backtracking with you if you retrace your route — your only memory aid, since there's no minimap.
• No minimap. Press 👁 Sight for a wide, honest look around you for 6 seconds — then a cooldown before you can use it again.
• Use arrow keys or swipe to move, and come back daily to build your streak.
