How to Play

• Everyone gets the same 25×25 maze every day. It resets at 00:00 UTC, for everyone, at once.
• There's no fog — the whole maze is visible from the moment it loads. Move the violet marker (you) to the white marker (the exit).
• Every 7 to 12 seconds — tighter as the week goes on — spacetime bumps you to a random, distant part of the maze. It's never close to the exit, and never right back where you were standing, but it is never a favour either — you'll need to re-read your surroundings each time.
• Watch the guide text for a live countdown to the next jump, so you can at least brace for it.
• Pick a difficulty: Footprints traces your route as a dashed line that retracts when you backtrack — it breaks cleanly at each jump rather than drawing a line across the gap. No Trace shows nothing.
• Move with arrow keys on desktop, or swipe on mobile. Movement is locked for a moment during a jump.
• Your time starts on your first move. Come back daily to build your streak.
