How to Play

• Everyone gets the same 1000×1000 wood every day. It resets at 00:00 UTC, for everyone, at once. 1,000,000 cells — the same scale as The Labyrinth.
• The whole maze is visible, no fog — the camera simply follows you at a fixed zoom. Move to the glowing clearing.
• Living hedges sit on real corridors and grow shut on their own schedule, then wither open again — physically blocking that path until they do. They're never permanent; if one's in your way, it will reopen. Watch and time your route.
• Not every clearing marker is real. Some are Fae Illusions — reaching one pauses the game with a short message, then fades from the map. No other penalty, just a wasted walk.
• Will-o'-Wisps drift around on their own — they never hunt you, but brush against one and it leads you astray, dropping you somewhere else nearby entirely at random.
• Collect acorns scattered along your route. Root gates further in won't budge without enough of them — but walking the direct route naturally gathers more than enough, no detouring required.
• Thorn snares flare hot on their own schedule — step on one while it's flared and you stumble back a few steps along your own trail. A setback, nothing worse.
• Moonflower groves are small strokes of luck — the first time you reach one, your Owl's Sight cooldown clears instantly, free of charge.
• Fairy rings come in pairs — step into one and the wood folds, dropping you at its twin elsewhere on the map. A shortcut, if you can find both ends.
• No minimap. Press 🦉 Owl's Sight for a wide, honest look around you for 6 seconds — then a 20-second cooldown before you can use it again.
• The pause button stops the clock and freezes every hedge in place — paused time never counts against you.
• A faint trail marks every step you've taken, shrinking back with you if you retrace your route.
• Use arrow keys or swipe to move, and come back daily to build your streak.
